The Partnership Board (“PB”) is the supreme governing body of the Firm and is chaired by the Senior Partner. The PB is responsible for providing strategic direction to the Firm, in addition to being overall responsible for the firm's quality management, business development amongst other functions.
The PB has three main committees namely the Management Committee (“MANCOM”), Practice Development Committee (“PDC”) and the Quality Management Committee (“QMC”).
The MANCOM is responsible for the operational management of the Firm and is chaired by the Managing Partner. The PDC is responsible for developing the Firm’s service practice areas, business development and liaison with other members of AMG Global Association.
The QMC is responsible for formulating, and monitoring the implementation of, the Firm’s system of quality management.
